Returns Policy

At Pulla Bulla, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Returns or exchanges will be accepted within 15 days of delivery for a full refund except shipping costs.

The item or items must be returned if new, unused and in sellable condition with original tags and package. Otherwise, you will not be issued a refund. NO EXCEPTIONS.

If the return is a result of incorrect or defective item, request a return shipping label inside "My Account" section and we will email it you. Mail your return to:

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the item that you are requesting to be exchanged is out of stock we will work with you in choosing another similar product or issue you a full refund.


Timeframe for refund processing

You should expect to receive your refund within 1 week of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (2 to 5 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

All returns will be refunded to your original form of payment.
