When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Note that all shipping rates for the items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded to the nearest ounce. Certain methods may not be available for every location.
Every order will only be shipped to street addresses; P.O. Boxes will NOT be accepted.
All orders received by 3 PM EST, Monday through Friday, are shipped within 3 business days after your credit authorization and order have been processed. There may be a delay during big sales and holiday events. A confirmation e-mail with the tracking number will be sent after the order is shipped. To see the status of an order, you need to sign in to your account and click on "Track My Order" in the Customer Service section at the bottom of the page.
FREE SHIPPING POLICY
All online orders over $50 shipped in the U.S. and Puerto Rico are eligible for Free Shipping via USPS. Free Shipping is not available for shipments to International addresses and Wholesale orders. Restrictions apply.
Payments for all orders are made in U.S. Dollars.
All international orders received by 3 PM EST, Monday through Friday, are shipped within 5 business days after your credit authorization and order have been processed. A confirmation e-mail with the tracking number will be sent after the order is shipped.
